Born on September 9, 1986, in San Bernardino, California, Bobby Green had a difficult childhood. His father was incarcerated, and his mother’s drug addiction prevented him from taking care of her children. Hence, Green became a foster child at 5 years old. He made his UFC debut at UFC 156 against Jacob Volkmann on February 12, 2013. Since then, he has been a 1-time winner of the Submission of the Night, 3-time winner of the Performance of the Night, and 4-time winner of the Fight of the Night.
Green currently has fought 47 times in MMA. He won 31 fights (11 by knockout, 9 by submission, and 11 by decision), lost 14 fights (4 by knockout, 2 by submission, and 8 by decision), drew 1 fight, and 1 fight resulted in a no-contest.
