On Thursday 4th May 2023, the University of Central Oklahoma basketball community received devastating news that one of their own, Davon Richardson, had tragically passed away. Richardson, a basketball player from Sand Springs, was a promising young talent who had already shown great potential in his freshman year at UCO. Early Life and High School Career

Richardson was born and raised in Sand Springs, where he attended Sand Springs High School. During his time there, he made a name for himself on the basketball court.
